Vincent has a successful track record of leading business transformations and turnarounds in a wide-range of sectors. He has advised and supported management teams on preparing businesses for sale and shaped, established and led a number of M&A projects including the design and implementation of target operating models in the technology, professional services, public and financial services sectors.
He is known for combining strong critical reasoning and problem solving skills with his inclusive and energizing leadership style to shape and deliver sustainable change and performance improvement. His ability to help individuals and teams to visualize and communicate the end-game and mobilize the key steps to getting there provides the focus, guidance and motivational support for teams to realize their potential and succeed.
His background in financial management and industry, management consulting with Logica, KPMG and EY, and Executive Development with two of the world’s leading business schools provides his clients with a valuable source of independent experience, advice and hands-on support.
He has worked with and coached start-up teams on growth strategies and business model development and provided hands-on support to SMEs and large global corporates in a range of strategy, change management and operational improvement situations.
He is an engaging and motivating facilitator and public speaker and teaches Executing Strategy and Business Transformation courses at the UBC Sauder School of business.
Vincent read Mathematics at University College London, holds an MBA in Strategy & Finance from Warwick Business School, is a Certified Management Consultant, a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He is a past nationally elected member of the UK Institute of Management Consultants.
